David Alexander Wiley
Chief Executive Officer
David Wiley has more than 20 years of experience in the capital markets. David is the founder of the company, and in his role oversees the management, direction and performance of KEWA Financial. Previously, David was the founder and CEO of Phoenix Coal, and later Nighthawk Gold, taking both companies from concept to trading publicly. David was a founding partner of Raven Hill Partners and he is a former partner of MHI Energy Partners, a private energy and mining company. In addition to his work with KEWA, David is a Director at INI Power Systems.
Tom Elkins
President
Tom Elkins oversees all operations for KEWA Financial. Tom has more than 10 years of experience in corporate finance, capital markets, and corporate development. Previously, Tom was Chief Financial Officer for KEWA Financial, Vice President, Corporate Development for Nighthawk Gold and Vice President at Raven Hill Partners.
Jamie Hart
Chief Financial Officer
Jamie Hart oversees corporate finance and accounting for KEWA Financial. Jamie has over 12 years of experience in finance and accounting. Prior to joining KEWA Financial in 2017, Jamie was a Senior Manager within the Business Valuation Services division of LBMC, PC. Prior to that, Jamie served in a financial reporting role at DSI Renal, Inc. His career began in the assurance practice of KPMG LLP.
